"Absolutely beautiful hotel. Really quiet and peaceful. We did go outside of school holidays so it could be busier during that time. Lovely breakfast loads of choice. Room was immaculate and very quiet. The access to the beach could have been better signposted. The way down to one of the beaches is not easily accessible, don't attempt it if you have any mobility problems or aren't very fit. Very steep steps. The other beach can be walked to easily. The hotel is quite set back in a cul de sac. It looks like its easy to walk to or there should be a cutting to get to it but there isn't and it is quite a steep hill to walk up. The area the hotel is in is quiet, if you are after a central base in Albufeira this isn't the place for you. But there is a bus stop close by and the buses are regular so if you don't mind that it's good"

"Great hotel! We only spent a night but if I was going to back to Faro I would definitely come back here. The rooms (small apartments) have everything you need and the location is great too. The staff was super helpful and kind! They made our experience a great one."

"Great hotel with wonderful views and a lovely pool, many different restaurants just steps from the hotel. The hotel facilities were so nice that having a drink in the hotel with the spectacular views was a great plan too! Everyone was super lovely specially the bar staff and cleaners. I would love to come back!"

"Very run down hotel, although the rooms are clean enough. Room very basic, had to run round very small in need of magga update shower cubicle to get wet hardly any water flow. Continental breakfast very Continental hardly any choice. At the very top of albufeira old town so, very steep long walk back and very steep staircase to hotel. Moved after one night to much nicer hotel. Do not stay here."

"we checked in late due to our travel plans, only for one night as our flight from Faro was at 06.20 am next day. check in good. bedding clean, beds very hard, air con good, sink blocked in bathroom, ants in room on the luggage shelf, had to move everthing when discovered. As early rise next day went to try and sleep early. but guests were very noisy, around 10.30 to 11. also noise later one around 12.30. Will not use this hotel because of this. Did not use facilities but no water in room, no tea or coffee facilities in room. For price paid would have expected that."

"The resort was lovely. We booked last minute and had a nice one bedroom with a patio. They had bread, butter and jam ready. The staff was extremely helpful and I felt like was at another World Class Resort. My only comment is our room seemed dated and use an upgrade or be refurbished. However, it was a great resort and I would highly recommend staying there next time you are in Faro area."
