"The holiday home was exactly was we were expecting, there was plenty of room for everyone, the pool is a walk away from the apartment, but the kids were ok with that, as we spent all day there. Communication with the owner was good and responded to us. we didn’t have any issues… it’s the perfect house if you have a big family. My family had an an amazing holiday and enjoyed staying here. Couple of comments 1. A little welcome pack would be good especially as the house is a good 20 mins drive...

"Ai pu communiquer avec une personne abritel france dont j ai trouvé le numéro sur internet !! Elle a reussi à trouver le nom du proprietaire qui nous dû nous donner toutes les indications sur l'adresse du logement et ouverture de la porte ! HONTE A VOUS qui ne nous avez donné aucune indication !! On était sur le point de rechercher un hôtel! !"

"Si vous voyez que le logement est disponible, c'est tres sûrement une erreur. Annuler le logement le matin meme est qlq chose d'irresponsable. Je déconseille"

Nadat we al enkele dagen ter plaatse waren hadden we een probleem met de eigenaar die beweerde niet met vrbo te werken voor de verhuur van het huis en er iemand anders geboekt stond om die dag de woning te betrekken.Hierdoor werd er gedreigd met de politie om ons uit de woning te zetten. Na contact met vrbo en contact tussen vrbo en de eigenaar werd het wel opgelost. Maar zou deze woning dus niet meer boeken via dit platform."

"Agreable sejour dans un petit hameau dans le parc regional au sud de Reims a cote des vignes du vigneron Mercier. Tres tranquil et on a apprecie les lits electriques. La maison est tres moderne avec tous ce qu'il faut sauf peut-etre quelques casseroles pour le four et le micro-onde. Tres facile de conduire a Reims et a Epernay."

"House not cleaned recently. Cobwebs in many areas. Infestation of ants / insects in the kitchen. 2 dead mice in the fireplace in the t.v room. Wardrobe didn't have a rail to hang clothes. No mirrors in one of the bedrooms.4 bedrooms all upstairs. Only One toilet + one shower / bath upstairs for 4 bedrooms. there was a shower downstairs in the utility room you had to go through the dining room to access. Kitchen utensils lacking. No juicer. No umbrellas to provide shade in the garden. It would...

"Nous avons aimé cette maison. Le beau jardin clos était idéal pour nos chiens. Grâce à la grande terasse couverte, on pouvait passer tout le temps dehors. Maison spacieuse, bien équipée. Emplacement parfait pour découvrir la belle région. Grand merci aux hôtes de nous avoir soigné."

"Whilst a good walk out of Epernay town there was a bakery & supermarket a short walk away. Very well priced property & helpful staff. Sadly no champagne glasses in the room! A range of champagne to buy from reception should you run out! "
