"1- For the food, most of the fruits were not fresh, actually they were almost rotten. Overall food experience was like 5/10, big variety but not very good quality. 2- For the rooms, the towels are not clean, we got some with stains and others ripped. 2 small bottles of waters were not enough for 2 adults all day, but the staff was generous enough to offer two more bottles free of charge :D. I had to call them for room service, but the response was immediate, except for one day which I had to go to the reception to ask for it. You dont get robes or bathroom slippers.Otherwise, the rooms are good. 3- The pools and beach are great, you'll always find a spot and its very good. Snacks however are so bad at the beach and very unhealthy, not good for anyone who's dieting. And no fruits on beach too. 4- The gym needs a lot of maintenance, it looks good from the outside but in the inside almost 3/4 of machines are broken and the gym is so dusty and full of lizards. The tennis is at the sewage which makes playing there impossible. Conclusion: Its a budget friendly hotel, but you dont get the full all enclusive hotel experience as you expect. And if in season, you might not find a place to park :D I had that issue and I had to check it for myself because the staff was a bit lazy to check."

"Although it’s theoretically all inclusive, all the food was basically buffet and not that great and you could only eat during certain times and you could only get drinks during certain times and it is impossible to get even coffee before 7 AM without them trying to charge you an arm and a leg for it. And then be prepared ,the staff‘s gonna beg for tips constantly."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Jaz Neo Reef, absolutely wonderful, very relaxing and heavenly atmosphere around. Everything was amazing, the room, the staff who were very welcoming and helpful. Big thanks to all the staff who made our stay comfortable and special thanks to reception team for the express check in, and to Mr. Shehab who did his best to accommodate us in our preferred room."

"Really amazing hotel! I would recommend this 100% if you’re looking to stay in a hotel that offers great food, great entertainment and overall a great experience. They had things that stood out to us like gluten free bread!!! It’s not a common thing to have in Egypt so this was great to see. They also catered for lactose intolerance. They had a thing you scan where it has all the info you need instead of the typical paper print hotels usually give out. The food was good and with a lot of varieties and uniqueness. The view of the sea was amazing although the beach isn’t the best but that’s common in many hotels in Egypt. The rooms were clean and modern. The pools were clean too! They had an adult area with tons of fun games by the pool which was very unique The only negative thing was I wish they served actually Pepsi/cola and not the fake one they serve because it tasted bad. I also wish they had more mocktail options in the pool bars to enjoy! "
