Below expectations
Below expectations. Service at the restaurant is super slow (about an 1 hr wait from the moment you sit down to what your food is brought to the table). Not all staff members are nice. The animals at the barn looked a little underfed (especially the cow). The hotel in general feels like it needs more maintenance.

Relaxing break
We had a great time and there were activities to keep us busy at the hotel during the day. At night we would have liked the bar to have stayed open a little later. 10pm and 10.50pm seemed too early for Friday and Saturday. However, we had a fun weekend relaxing in the various areas around the hacienda. The hotel also brought out a birthday cake and sung Happy Birthday at lunch, which was a lovely gesture.

Wonderful experience
Well worth taking the time to reach this gem. The rooms were so comfortable, the staff were attentive and maintained a really high standard of cleanliness. It was wonderful to have a little cinnamon cake to return to after the room was cleaned. Very interesting hotel with a rich history and many artefacts to look at. The food was good and the cocktails incredible. I recommend the piscoretti!

Place is peaceful and pool is great.
I went to assist my friend's wedding. They made her cry twice with slapping extra/hidden charges for her event, even during the 3 days, not even after all over. (i.e. charge for every bottle of wine the waiters got to serve at welcome dinner). The rooms were a confusion, I expected my 3 days there to be in the same room, but they kept switching me around. On the last day they moved me to a 2 bed room (Not at my request) and then they wanted to charge me what would have been the price for a second guest. Internet was terrible, and I had to use the main office internet to get work done. Besides that, food was pretty good, all the other help staff were great and friendly, and the weather so happened to be great as well. (December 2014).

As I said, a nice place to stay, big bedrooms with all facilities. I could give 5 stars but....the food was very very expensive for the very bad quality. Bad service.

Its an excelente getaway. Service comes with a smile always. Chincha and El Carmen aré not si nice si best stay in The hotel. The food is excelente. El Tacutacu is specially good.

La propiedad está en buen estado , tienen cosas antiguas muy bien conservadas, la capilla preciosa No me gustó la larga espera para que traigan los pedidos de comida , las que atienden son súper amables , el problema es la cocina

Una buena experiencia, pudo ser mejor si la piscina hubiera estado un poco más limpia. Creo que mejorando el sector piscina subiría bastantes puntos.

Pedí cama para dos y hubo 3 camas, la habitación de mi hijo que era la 14 el baño estaba fatal, tina rota, deteriorada, sucia y salía un olor nauseabundo.

Excelente atención y servicios. Solo dos sugerencias: 1. Wifi en las habitaciones y no solamente en las áreas externas. 2. Hay mosquitos en el área de comida. No muchos, pero podría hacerse algo para evitarlos por completo.

Schöne Anlage mit technischen Problemen
Am ersten Morgen gab es in einem Zimmer kein warmes Wasser. Am zweiten Abend in dem anderen Zimmer ebenfalls und am zweiten Morgen in beiden Zimmern nicht. Das Problem wurde jeweils innerhalb von 15-20 Minuten behoben, aber erst nachdem reklamiert wurde an der Rezeption. Und dies muss persönlich erfolgen, da die Zimmer kein Telefon haben.

Me fue bastante bien. Es más tuvieron bastante atención con el apoyo a mi bebé. Lo único que quizá debieran de mejorar es en el tema de la demora en el tiempo de la comida, sin embargo,estuvo muy rico.

Muy lindo (pero muy lento)
El lugar es precioso, las estructuras muy acogedoras y el personal amable. Lo único que no nos ha parecido de buen nivel ha sido el servicio de restaurante: demasiado lento. También el desayuno no ha sido tan rico y completo como se esperaría de un lugar como este.

El viaje fue para mis papis por su aniversario de bodas, ellos simplemente estuvieron encantados, todo perfecto, el hotel, la habitación, la comida. Disfrutaron mucho el fin de semana y la excelente atención del personal, creo que definitivamente volverán!

Muy buena la atenciòn en Casa Hacienda, lo unico fue q luego q reserve y pague la estadia por hoteles.com, allà me volvieron a cobrar impuestos ..tuve q pagar un adicional de casi 18 dolares pese a q la persona que me hizo la reserva me habia dicho q no harìa ningun pago adicional.

Nuestra estadia en la Hacienda San José.
Pasamos un fin de semana espectacular,la casa hacienda es maravillosa y guarda la arquitectura de cuando fue construida,el personal muy amable,lo hacen sentir a uno muy bien,la comida riquisima y variada,el bar y la piscina A-1. En conclusión recomendable 100 %. La relación precio-atención van de la mano. Gracias por todo.

Encontramos una araña muy grande en la cama al amanecer de la primera noche sólo indicaron que tendrían cuidado y que iban a limpiar más profundamente pero al Día siguiente era polvo parecía que no habían pasado la escoba pero no hicieron nada no presente reclamo en libro de reclamación pero lo mencionó para que presenten cambios y v erifiquen bien la limpieza de habitación es muy importante cuento con fotografías
