"The Grand Riviera Princess resort was beautiful and huge lol. The people, the staff, were very friendly, very helpful. The food in the buffet restaurant was delicious, even the other restaurants the food was delicious, especially La hacienda restaurant. We enjoyed seeing wildlife as we walking through the path like deers, Coati, and even moneys. So many pools to choose from and never overly crowded, the swim up bars was fabulous. I would definitely come back again."

"Very disappointing experience. The room was dirty and not properly maintained. What made the stay even worse was that the beach was full of algae, making it unpleasant and difficult to use. The hotel should clearly inform guests about this before they book. We chose this resort expecting to enjoy the beach, but we ended up not being able to use it at all. Unfortunately, our vacation was ruined, and we left very disappointed."

"The property is beautiful; from the entrance of the resort to the rooms. The staff is attentive and friendly. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with cool refreshing towels, smiling faces and everyone welcoming us home. Staff was very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the food options from the restaurants to room service. There were fun activities from day to night. We spent most of our time between the main pool and our private pool. The music is mediocre at the main pool. That’s my only negative thing to point out. I recommend if you want to relax with the option to have a good time."
