"smaizing building and/or hotel, long and short stays are wellcome. Is not close to city center, but 5 minutes walk and 10 minutes bus in not an issue, Nice room, including kitchnette, nice breaksfeat, all you may need is there, We were as tourist and spend a great time there, Will come back and recommend it."

"unfortunately i seem to have gotten a room that is older and in disrepair. the fridge door fell off when i opened it, the sink was cracked and soon turned out to be blocked!.. staff did respond promptly when i let them know about the problems. the room i was in had badly placed slanted ceilings for the gable. luckily i am short or i would have been crawling over the bed to get from one side of the room to the other. the breakfast is an experience to be missed. the scrambled eggs were rubbery and the pastries not very good. definitely not worth 20 euros. there are other close establishments which provide a delicious breakfast for quite a bit less. do not get the breakfast included with your room because after the first breakfast you will not want it. the canal outside the restaurant is full of trash and very unappetizing to look at. what could have been a charming view was quite stomach churning. i realize that this is a city problem but i wonder if the hotel could come to an agreement that the trash be skimmed for a fee. we had an evening meal at the restaurant and it was quite tolerable. the hotel is well placed to the inter city trains but the elevator and the escalator outside the door that raises you up to the level of the train were both broken. not the best for someone with mobility issues. i would not stay at this hotel again. in my experience, it was not a 4* by any means."

"The energy-saving pre-set air conditioning of rooms, which does not allowed any adjustments, led to an uncomfortable condition overnight and affected our sleep. The early morning (around 5am) loud noise that continued for an estimate of half-an-hour for each of our two night stays (in a first level room) from a garbage collector I believe was horribly. There was hardly any choice of eating places nearby the hotel! The proximity of the hotel to the train station does offer a huge convenience."
