“A great experience”

Check in was handled very smoothly. I had reserved 4 rooms and all of them were ready and the staff answered all my questions. Valet service was excellent. It was the perfect place to stay for our weekend getaway.

“Very satisfied!”

The hotel was a very close walking distance to the Shaw Conference Center, which is where I was spending my evening. Parking at the hotel is very pricey, but I was lucky enough to be informed at check in that there is a public library parkade next to the library that is much less expensive than the hotel parkade. I appreciated this service! The hotel was very modern in decor, and very clean. Service was great-- I will definitely return!

“Great Hotel”

The hotel was great, friendly helpful staff, the room was nice, dinner at the restaurant in the hotel was also good (especially when it was late night). They do 24 hour room service which was also cool and the bell man was the sweetest man ever. Great hotel, definitely recommend it and would stay again.

the most beautiful hotel i have ever stayed in. fresh cut orchids, valet service, consierge. and as an added bonus, the night we stayed, so did the Vancouver Canucks!! Dad and Son were in heven !!
