"We had a 19 baby boy with us and on arrival I was told that he shouldn’t be with us. Children were not accepted and the booking would have been rejected if included in the booking. This put us off immediately and made us uncomfortable the entire stay. "

"I specifically Chose This accommodation As It advertised payment on arrival. I was frustrated and upset on arrival to be told by reception our booking was being canceled due to my credit card not being "valid". I Use a Load and Go Visa for Hotel bookings on A Regular Basis And This Is The First accommodation Provider To refuse A booking. I Had To Contact A Relative To Arrange Another Credit Card For "security" purposes. The room was a very poor example of 1980's take on Victorian Era Decoration....
