Lovely sunsets from the balcony. Breakfast was delicious! Staff were quite accommodating and pleasant.

Pros: 1. The dock and pool seem to be in good shape. 2. Breakfast includes waffles made to order. 3. The bay view from our balcony was lovely and we enjoyed a beautiful sunset. 4. Vanity with sink and mirror separate from the toilet/shower. Cons: 1. The rooms appear run down, particularly the bathroom. 2. Our mini fridge door wouldn’t close because the freezer needed to be defrosted. I was given a couple of towels and advised to unplug it over night instead of a working fridge being swapped in because there wasn’t staff available to help until the next day. The next morning, a staff member opened our door without knocking first to check on the fridge. I appreciate the follow-up, but please knock before entering. 3. We could hear EVERYTHING going on in the room above us. Every step, conversation, snore and squeak of the bed….If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. 4. The curtains aren’t large enough to cover the entire sliding glass door to the balcony, allowing the morning sun to shine right in your eyes and prevent full privacy at night. 5. We came in the off season and it was chilly. We chose this hotel because it has an indoor hot tub. Unfortunately, it was out of order for our entire stay.

upon arrival, the smoke detector was chirping, staff quickly got us another room... while the "breakfast" offering was different (grab and go) there was no shortage in the servings... the room was huge, even with 2 queen size beds and a love-seat/sofa, small dining table w/2 chairs... the only "odd" thing, the microwave's location... I believe every room has a water view including our first floor balcony .... was off-season so can not judge how quiet it might be during the season, but we will be back.... was too windy to walk the dock of their on-site marina, but looked very nice, as did the couple picnic tables between pool and water

The room was ok. Old looking furnishings and lumpy pillows. Had to turn on air conditioning to get it even moderately cool in the room. Cold water was always lukewarm. Never cold. Staff was friendly and helpful.
