"The hotel were very helpful and messaged me about our stay and if we would like to request any preferences. We had a lovely light comfortable room towards the back of the hotel so no street noise in the evening. We ate dinner in the restaurant one night and along with breakfast nothing was too much trouble. The layout of the restaurant was light and airy which was very relaxing. The food was excellent quality and efficiently served. A great pint of Thwaites original in the bar too! With the hotel having it's own car park it made our stay absolutely spot on. "

"We arrived mid-afternoon, checkin was straightforward. We ate in both evenings, food was excellent, with plenty of choice. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Room was clean. We walked in and back from the town centre (about 30 mins steady walking). We will definitely return later in the year when we can enjoy the summer evenings outside. "
