“location”
Hi the hotel is lovely, no complaints for service, cleanliness or quality, but you need to be aware that the hotel is located in the business quarter. To get to the main high street or the ALDSTAT - old town where all the nightlife is, you are looking at a 11 euro taxi ride - as its about 10 mins drive away across the river rhine. lovely place though.!!

Very satisfied with the hotel, nice surprise after a long and very busy day. Very clean, very comfortable with great service. Highly recommended!
“Superb hotel”
This was one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Quiet, clean, a few minutes from superb restaurants, a few tramstops to the old town. Fantastic value for money.
“Excellent first stay in Germany”
This was our first ever trip to Germany. The staff were very welcoming even though we arrived quite late in the evening. Admittedly February is not the busiest time of year but they gave excellent service throughout our stay. The room was a good size and comfortable, though no tea & coffee facilities were provided. The food in the hotel restaurant was delicious and they serve until late in the evening which we really appreciated on our first night! The hotel is in a business district across the Rhine from the main tourist attractions but it is easy to get into the centre of Dusseldorf using the tram system. Looking forward to our next visit in June.
“Sloppy housekeeping”
The quality of the hotel is okay, although a little bit away from the city center. The hotel would have gotten a higher rating were it not for one incident. The most disturbing thing. happened when I discovered my hotel room door was opened after a long day out. Apparently, housekeeping must not have shut the door properly. Luckily nothing was stolen. The hotel did apologize, but I don't feel very safe at all.
