“Poor Quality”
We needed a room for one night to catch a flight back home. We checked in and asked for a wake-up call the next morning. The person at the desk agreed, but then told us we must use our own alarm. He said that if they forgot to call, he would not be responsible for our missing our flight. The room was clean enough except the mattress had stains on it and was only covered by a single sheet. The bathroom had no bath mat to stand on after showering , no shampoo, and no wash cloths. Even though it was an inexpensive hotel, a friend of ours stayed at another hotel nearby that offered breakfast (included) and free transportation to the airport. Our hotel charged several euro each for bus service. For very little extra, you can find a hotel that offers much more.
“Excellent room for the price”
We were pleasantly surprised... compared to the other Travelodges we stayed at on our trip, this one was very clean and the bed was somewhat comfortable. We had no problem finding the Hotel and it was located only minutes from shopping and restaurants. It is located near a busy street and the sound of traffic might be an issue to some, but we managed to sleep just fine. One downside is (like other Travelodges) their Wi-Fi is not free.
“Won't see me again”
Not happy with this very dated hotel. Bad experience.
“Overpriced chain”
This hotel just felt grimy, bed was super uncomfortable and the whole place smelt like smoke even in non-smoking halls, not a good price for mid week either. Some of the staff was rude especially later night guy. We spent two weeks in Ireland and this was the worst place for cleanliness and value. We just needed a place by the airport and I wish we would have stayed in the city again as the drive is not that far.
“Good choice”
Very good choice for someone who wants to stay one night waiting to take an airplane next day. The hotel was clean and neat. The surrounding area is very quiet. There is a restaurant next to the hotel; it works from 7am until 10pm, can't say anything about food quality though. There is an electrical pot is in the room, as well as few bags of tea, instant coffee, and sugar. Cons: Wi-Fi internet access in the hotel is not free.
“Great location for Dublin airport”
Desk staff was courteous and helpful with restaurant & pub ideas. Room was clean and quiet and actually a nice change of pace from three weeks of B&Bs. Price was good. Restaurants/pubs reachable on foot.
“Great Airport Stay”
5 of us in 3 different rooms all were pleased with their stay and the great price. Internet available for a small price and the front desk folks were pleasant, helpful and very accommodating. We would all stay there again.
“convenient hotel near airport”
Great place to stay if looking for a hotel close to the airport; easy 5-10 min drive to airport. Took bus to city centre Dublin; bus stop across the road. It's a Travelodge; nothing fancy but clean.
“I would stay there again.”
Overall I was pleased with the hotel. There is a restaurant right beside the hotel with great prices on there food and, it was pretty good.
“Good for early airport departures”
Not many nearby attractions but the airport was close, we actually walked from this hotel to the airport.
