“Excellent value”
The hotel is just outside the borders of the airport, a very short trip to the terminals. The facility is very nice, clean, and well maintained. My only complaint would be that the airport shuttle runs only twice per hour.
“Excellent Hotel near Dublin Airport”
Hotel met all my needs. Easy to find, convenient loaction, large uncluttered room. Very clean, and good breakfast buffet. I would recommend it to travelers and wouold stay here again. Hotel is efficient and comfortable, but not luxurious.
“Inexpensive Dublin Airport Hotel”
Typical airport hotel. Rooms were clean and reasonably spacious. Price was great. Restaurant was terrible. 10 minute ride to airport. Offers shuttle service to Airport every half hour at 1 Euro per rider. Free lobby wireless but charge for in room connection. Staff was friendly and helpful. There are dozens of hotels near DUB. This, like the others, are fine only if you are flying out early.
“Comfortable and Convenient to Dublin Airport”
Premier Inn was a pleasant surprise and so reasonable. It was very comfortable, clean, and the furnishings were up to date. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were looking for a hotel that was convenient to the airport. The shuttle bus was right on time and dropped us off and picked us up right at the front door.
“Very easy to find”
Helpful staff at the desk. Good location, quiet. Nice restaurant
“Fantastic hotel”
We stayed here at the end of our 2 week driving journey through Ireland because of how close it is to the airport. We pleasantly surprised by the hotel and the extreme helpfulness of the staff. For the last place we stayed it was fantastic because it felt like an American hotel with AC. LOL. The staff directed us to Swords main street to find something to eat because we wanted more atmosphere then the restaurant on location had. It was short 15 minute walk and loved the area. We ordered a cab upon check in for 3:45am and the cab was waiting for us at 3:40. Great place, people and rooms. Highly recommend it. And if you have time walk to Swords mainstreet. Great area.
“Nice room after a long day of travel!”
We had traveled all day, and wanted a nice quiet place for our last night in Dublin. We opened the room door and our prayers were answered! However, we were surprised to be charged 2 euros for the shuttle to the hotel, since most hotel shuttles are free. The restaurant is convenient with excellent service also.
“Convenient to the airport”
While the best aspect of this hotel was its convenience to the airport, there isn't much else to brag about here. The rooms were clean but bare bones. The lobby was extremely crowded. After 5:30pm there were no restaurants open within walking distance of the hotel. The parking for regular patrons of the hotel was limited to about 25 spaces, while the rest of the parking lot was reserved for those leaving their cars for the duration of their vacations. Not the worst place that I have ever stayed, but not high on my list of recommendations.
“Will stay there again”
Hotel is great but food selection is poor and expensive. No good restaurant around either. Too far from Dublin city center, but you can get there okay with bus #41 or 33 which you can catch from nearby bus stop. If you intend to be at Dublin every day of your visit, you are better off getting a hotel there. It'll cost you more, but you avoid the inconvenience of the bus travel. Hotel is 5-15 minutes to the airport via their shuttle bus.
“Would not go back”
When we arrived at the airport, we were told there was a free shuttle service to the hotel. After waiting for over an hour, there was no sign of any shuttle, so we caught a cab. The hotel did reimburse us for the cab ride. Come to find out that there is a shuttle service (when it works) and it costs 1Euro/person each way. Hotel is about a 5 min. busride to the airport, then you have to wait around for another bus which takes you into Dublin, another 40-50 min. ride. The location is not convenient. They charge to use their computer/internet, but there is free wi-fii in the lobby, which we would not have known about if we hadn't talked to someone else who was staying there. Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything (in the hotel and outside). We tried to use the a.c. as a sound blocker, but that didn't work. Overall, we were not satisfied with the hotel, and would not recommend staying here.
