“Comfortable, good value georgian bolthole”

Clean, quiet, excellent location. Good breakfast. If you like characterless airless low ceilinged boxes don't stay here.

“Adequate but not equal to reviews”

Despite very positive reviews from two major sources, the hotel was tired-looking and the room cramped and in need of repairs. The location was good - within walking distance of city center (at least when not raining!) but far enough from the bars and restaurants that it was relatively quiet. Can't comment on food services as we took the room-only package, but the dining room looked pleasant and well-lit. The staff were helpful and let us use the office computer without charge when our wi-fi wasn't working well in the room.
