the room had a moquette with spots. also, i could smell dust in the room. probably the moquette would have needed a better cleaning treatment.

I loved my stay at Tamani! It was a last minute booking and I'm so glad I chose it. Most reasonably priced hotel in the Marina area. room is classic which I like it.
Breakfast start late. I was told at hotel reception that it start 7am, but waiter was not there at the time.
2nd day was also same. hotel staff switched off restaurant light and said "changed start time to 7:15pm".
If they informed me accurate breakfast start time, I didn't include in accommodation plan..

Nice hotel but........
Due to Coronavirus hotel closed outdoor pool on day2 and offered no alternative except to take a taxi to the beach. Breakfast now a fixed menu when in previous years it has been buffet. Room clean but bins not always emptied daily. Tissues and toilet roll not renewed when empty. Towels taken away and clean replacements not left but that only happened once. Took 3 days to fix the room safe where we needed to store passports etc. This was my third stay at this hotel and I felt standards had slipped since last year. However, still a nice, clean, quiet hotel close to the marina.

Our 8 night stay in this hotel was a pleasant one. The 2-bedroom suite is huge. Beds are very comfortable. Front desk was helpful and provided outlet converters upon request. Self parking in the underground parking lot was easy, we never had problem finding a spot at night. Room cleaning usually in late afternoon which is fine for us, and they leave the lights on when we return around dinner time. That made us feel like home. Only once they leave the floor wet at certain spots when we returned and one of us almost fell. Overall I’d say this is a very good hotel for the price we paid and the room size and service. Last but not least, the buffet breakfast was good variety and it would be better if they change rountinely a few times a week. overall I highly recommend this hotel.

One of the older Dubai hotels and outdoor pool
Loungers could do with an upgrade and maybe a bit of decor around the pool as looks sparse so amazing view, massive apartment and very helpful and attentive staff and lovely breakfast.

Comfortable hotel with everything one needs, but lacking a few things: (1) power outlets next to the bed. The only place to charge electronics was at the desk across the bed, which was inconvenient. (2) more outlets. There were only two and an average traveler has a ton of gadgets. I had to disconnect a few lamps to make room for more. (3) WiFi was erratic, slow, and non existent by the pool. Business travelers expect more. Staff is very helpful and friendly though. Special shout of to the poolside staff.

We understand your disappointment on some certain facets during your stay. In regards to the power outlets, we have taken note of your remarks. In the room where you have stayed, we have 03 available power outlets - 01 power outlet next to your bed and 02 more power outlets on top of the table. However, we wished you had informed us during your stay so that our team would have found an immediate solution. Should you require to charge more gadgets the next time, you may request an adaptor from Housekeeping as they will happily assist you on your needs.
We regret to hear that you experienced poor internet connectivity, as this is not the norm. Our hotel understands every guests needs and with the growing technology era, Wi-Fi is one of the most important services we provide. Our Wi-Fi internet service is available 24 hours in lobby, facilities and guest rooms. We also have the highest internet speed available compared to other hotels in the area.

It was quiet. However even though they checked 5 people in; 4 adult and 1 child, they only had 4 persons down for breakfast daily and we were asked everyday and or told every morning that only 4 person was down. When I checked the front desk I was told the room was only reserved for 4 person. However, we still went for our breakfast and ate and we checked out fine.

The property is extremely spacious. A whole kitchen with kitchen accessories also available. A large fridge, microwave and even a washing machine. The tram station is on its doorstep making travel on public transport easy.

Good location
A lovely stay but cleanliness of the hotel wasn’t great in all of the rooms. We had sweets that were left from the previous tenants next to the sofa that were not removed for the whole time we were there. Though bedrooms and bathrooms were kept very clean and attended to every day by house keeping.
Also, the drains were very smelly, however maintenance were quick to provide some air freshener to help.
Great sized apartment and plenty of bathrooms for 3 people. Would have been nice to have some more pans/kitchen utensils to help with cooking. A good location for us as we went to the malls and resorts nearby quite often.
Taxis are often outside in the morning but can be trickier to find in the afternoon.
