Love this hotel. But, less English channels on the room TV and reception asking you if you’ve ’stayed with us before?’ When you’ve been to the hotel multiple times, would be nice to hear ‘welcome back’ before the receptionists asks. Other than that, great cost effective hotel.

Stayed in this hotel for 7 nights with my family including a small child. We Loved it, the room was well cleaned. The staff were welcoming, polite and very friendly. The restaurant was very good and affordable. We loved the breakfast buffet with many options. The hotel is a very good location near marina walk, many restaurants and supermarkets. They have free a bus to JBR the walk and Dubai mall and the train station.

The Marina view room is pretty good. The gym is great, open 24-hrs. Very close to the hotel is a very good supermarket.

Everything was pretty good, the only strange thing is that I was given a room on the first floor. I never stayed on the first floor before. Expedia rates must be making good margin on such hotel that they are giving customer booked through Expedia a first floor room.

If on a quick trip it is very convenient. Staff are friendly although when I requested for help with our luggages they said they will send someone. We waited for 20 minutes so my husband and I who are both in their 70’s just pulled out luggages as our taxi had been waiting. That was disappointing.

The location is terrible, construction is at every corner. Loud, noisy, dirty. I booked two beds and received ONE king size bed. I did not have energy to fight it because we arrived very late and were exhausted after 14 hour flight. You throw dirty towel on the floor, they put it back on the shelf. So, make sure it's clean before it touches your face. For the money I paid i received a very bad service.

New, clean n nice. Close to the Beach, shuttles to metro station, Bhuj Khalifa, n the beach, nice staff members, shuttle driver is very nice in explaining directions to tourists. The whole Dubai is very safe, be rest assured on that. Wish I had more days…

Good and convenient hotel in Dubai Marina
Nice and convenient hotel well located in Dubai Marina's south end. Good restaurant serving breakfast and plenty of Cafe's and convenience stores nearby. Close to the beach. I recommend it for weekend getaways and perhaps longer stays. Only complaint was stained bedsheets. Other than that I was very satisfied.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable stay
Really comfortable hotel and exceptionally clean. I paid a little bit extra for a marine view room which was well worth it. On the first night I received an undercooked burger but the staff quickly rectified this with a fresh one.
