“Good hotel close to Mall of the Emirates & Metro station”
I chose the Rose Garden for its proximity to the Mall of the Emirates (in November you can easily walk otherwise it is only one metro station away ). I didnt worry that it is some distance out of the central part of Dubai as the metro is cheap and quick. Hotel easy walking distance from Sharaf DG station The rooms are large and kept clean There is a good kitchenette with fridge,microwave,etc The hotel has a nice roof top swimming pool There is a cafe in the reception but I didnt try it as I was usually out and about
“Rose Garden is Excellent”
I arrived early, a glass of Mango jc was given to me and they prepared a room in 20mins without prior advice I wd be early, and never charged extra time. You do not pay for local phone calls when you check out (other places charge you). Every eveng returned to room, dishes were done and bed remade! It was beautiful service and the place is so clean! Walk out of the elevator and the hallways smell fresh! The bed was superbly clean and very comfortable and huge! There was a full size kitchen which was fully equipped even a washg machine. Free newspaper each day. Staff always cheerful, everything was done you never had to ask. Upkeep on this place is very good. Location great, Sharaf DG metro is just around the corner! 10mins walk to Mall of Emirates. Good eateries rnd the block - best Indian behind Khoury Coral, it was always busy, no wonder! I wd recommend this, the rooms are large, huge bathroom and kitchen. Not lounge suite or anything but spacious and airy, you can open windows, not dark and gloomy either. Highly recommend and wd be good for families. It was quite and safe and no rubbish people around, that area is very good as all quite new, yet not boring. I cannot fault this hotel and I'm so glad I happened upon it and chose it!
“Very good”
The hotel allowed us use of the health club facilities to shower/freshen up when we arrived early, providing all necessary towels, toiletries and etc. The staff were excellently presented and all spoke good English. The rooms were well furnished with all amenities and generally very clean, being efficiently services whenever requested. The room was furnished with an electronic safe for which no instructions were provided for use and which was not secured to the wall or floor, allowing it to be picked up! The WiFi was a little flaky to setup and only accessible in one of the rooms but nonetheless quite useable once correctly configured. The two bedroom apartment we had represented excellent value for money. We shall certainly use the apartments again when we next visit.
“Pleasant and Cost Effective”
This was our family's first visit to Dubai, and we were well pleased with this hotel selection. Our room was a spacious 2-bedroom apartment, including a full kitchen and washer/dryer, that more than met the needs of our 5-person family. It is extremely close to the Sharaf DG metro station and taxis are available right in front of the hotel at all hours, so transportation is easy. The service was excellent and the facilities were clean. We did not try the restaurant, so we have no comments. However, the "Foul W Hummus" quick food restaurant next door was excellent and inexpensive to boot. The staff was accommodating when we wanted to add an additional night to our stay. We did not get the same Expedia rate, but we did not get overcharged either. Highly recommend this hotel for families!

“A great place to stay in a great location!”
This hotel was a wonderful place to stay in Dubai and in a great location. It was a few minutes walk to the Mall of the Emirates and right outside of the mall is an entrance to the brand new Metro system that took us all over town for very little money. When we arrived we took a taxi to the hotel, but when we left we were able to take the Metro to the airport and it saved us a ton of money. We took a Desert Safari which I would highly recommend and spent a day at the beach enjoying wonderfully warm water and a nearly private beach. We loved our stay in Dubai and the hotel was excellent. Super quiet, big rooms, wonderful kitchen. Right around the corner there is a grocery store where you can pick up supplies for your light cooking needs. We loved it!!!!! Atlanta, Georgia, USA
“Good location”
Very loud parties in nearby rooms disturbing sleep, swimming pool unavailable - was told I can use different pool but only when I was checking out! I also can't locate my iPod since then but I can't honestly say when I lost it Location is great, front room staff was great, etisalat has no signal in the entire area so my mobile was useless
