“Mohamed”

Customer service was terrible. The stuff are not friendly at all.. No breakfast for expedia users.. Internet is very expensive and no free internet even in the business lounge.. No wireless available in rooms.. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.. The hotel doesn't seem new or recently renovated.

“Not bad, not special.”

Staff were friendly, location was super (near City Center Mall), but room was nothing special, some small things not working properly. While i wouldn't mind staying there again (because of location), I will not necessarily choose to do so as other hotels in same range offered far better quality for same/less price. But overall ok.
