Fabulous hotel. Will certainly stay there again next time I’m in Dubai. Easy walking to local touristy bits and restaurants, staff were very helpful & accommodating. I received not just one upgrade as a VIP member but two. Restaurants on site were very good as well.

We stayed here for 1 night and despite the breakfast taking too long and we were about to miss our slot at Burj Khalifa, they quickly arranged breakfast boxes and hotel car To drop us off. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and the hotel and the rooms are beautiful.

Probably the worst Anantara I have stayed in. The hotel entrance is a real issue. The staff is underwhelming. Service was quite awful. Pool area is not that great. Rooms were great!

We were visiting Dubai for the first time as a part of our honeymoon. This hotel did not disappoint and was a stand out in our overall trip. From the moment we arrived the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, they made our honeymoon visit so special. The facilities were great, room was so relaxing and comfortable. The hotel had excellent food options which meant we never wanted to leave for our breakfast. When we came back after a long day in the desert Veranga surprised us with a beautiful bubble bath waiting for our return. We continue to miss going downstairs to the stunning outdoor pool with the always helpful Glenn there to assist. I would recommend this hotel to anyone whether you are visiting for business or pleasure. Cannot wait to come back!

we stayed at the property for 4 days. The service was excellent. staff was courteous, specially Mr. Rahul Bajaj, at the concierge. It was always a pleasure to return to our hotel, with the many smiles greeting us. we enjoyed the excellent breakfast . The room was very large and spacious, cleaed each day. Will use Anantara properties again.

Stayed here for 2 nights on a layover for our honeymoon. The hotel did an exceptional job helping us celebrate this occasion with lovely decor and treats. They also went over and above to help us with accommodations before our late night flight with amenities and freshening up. Some disappointments with the lobby renovations taking longer, causing chaos with getting taxis or dropped off in the temporary lobby. And not able to get our VIP room upgrade. Location was decent but not much to walk around in the immediate vicinity - took taxis everywhere. Overall enjoyed our stay and would come back when the Lobby reno is done.

The breakfast was amazing (and was not a cheap continental breakfast), the hotel was clean, staff was responsive and respectful and i had a very beautiful room with a perfect view of the city. I would stay again.
