The hotel is well situated, within easy walking distance of the old town. The breakfast was very good, with a varied selection which was constantly being topped up to keep everything available. Our room was spacious, although the bathroom could do with being updated. It looked as if other parts of the hotel had been updated, they just hadn't reached our little corridor yet. Tea / coffee making facilities (even if payable) would also be good.

Hotel Polonia. The room was nice and spacious and clean. Breakfast was a reasonable selection. Hotel needs a little updating but other than that I would use again if in the area. Only a short distance walk to the city center. Ideal location

Lack of kettle and coffee/tea making availability was missing during the evenings. The group I share the breakfast time with was very selfish, but this is something hotel has no control over. Service at the reception very nice and extremely helpful. 👌 In general very nice, comfortable stay.

Happy day in Wroclaw
We were only staying 1 night but found the staff to be pleasant and helpful. Hotel seemed quite old and basic although clean throughout. Located close to theatres and around 5 minute walk to city centre. Aircon would have been nice during this hot period, but room wasn't overly hot and had no problem sleeping anyway. Breakfast in courtyard was perfect. Overall a pleasant short stay.

The hotel is well situated for both rail / bus stations and market square. There is a convenience store nearby which is useful. Brerakfast is OK but due to COVID it is no longer self service, so there was some waiting for food on a morning.

Amazing breakfast and great location
A tradional hotel that is a bit dated but for the price it was amazing. The breakfast was fabulous and the staff very friendly. Location is great. (Although tricky to find by car!) We would certainly book again.

Great location, excellent value, friendly helpful staff, clean and comfy. Not the most modern decor and there's no bar, but at these prices you can't moan. If I have to find something to gripe about, there's a smaller choice of breakfast items than on my previous visits here, but if that keeps the price down I don't mind at all. I'll be returning again. Tip - in the street-facing rooms on the lower floors, you can hear the rumble of the trams; the staff readily acknowledge this and will happily swap rooms if there's an alternative one available

Cheap but has everything you need during stay
Initially when we arrived the hotel did not know we had booked and said that they couldn't find the booking. To their credit seeing as they had rooms available they let us into a room, after a short wait, and sorted the problem out later. The hotel room was quite big, clean and had all the amenities we needed. We had a room at the front though and the trams were very loud and started early in the morning. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of options: tea & coffee machine, fresh juices, cereals, cheese, different hams, pancakes, boiled egg, scrambled egg and sausages. A good location that is only 15 minutes walk to the market square (Rynek), <5 mins walk to the train station and there is a tram stop immediately outside to get around the city. Cheap hotel and for the price you couldn't expect anymore.

The hotel needs a bit of refurbishment but it is very clean and staff are friendly.It was only 15 mins walk to Christmas markets.Transport just outside door.Restaurant Galicja in the hotel is superb and cheap.

Location was excellent. Had a room at the front of the hotel only problem was noise from trams, would certainly use this hotel again but request a room at the back overlooking the courtyard.

Hotel room was filthy, had hair from previous guest in shower cubicle, the same hair all over bathroom floor and when i tried to get it up with some tissue the tissue was black and i mean black, cleaner was not happy when we told her and didn't believe us so i showed her the tissue that I'd put in bin, she stormed off but still didn't clean. Got bit 3 times whist in bed. Curtains were very poor fit. Breakfast was just ok but the dinner we had was very good. Wouldn't stay there again. Staff not very chatty or helpful.

Great hotel, convenient to the old town hall. The staff were great, really friendly and helped with a quick check-in and check-out. The hotel itself is old and could do with an update, but the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. Buffet breakfast is excellent with lots of choice. Would highly recommend for a cheap and cheerful stay in a beautiful city.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, a 15-minute walk to the central square. Secure parking 29 zlotys per passenger car per day. Spacious room. Quiet rooms with windows facing the courtyard. A bottle of water per person is provided.

Hotel is older style, and there are minor niggles, such as the toilet being positioned for the ease of the plumber fitting it rather than the person using it, but it was certainly value for money and perfectly acceptable overall. The breakfast buffet was also good.

it was a clean hotel food lovely just little things like one bin in bathroom no where elese....no sink plug in sink......kettle in room but no cups...but we got some when asked for ...its nothing major i know as we would use the hotel again room was the biggest we have had in any hotel .....friendly staff...
