The hotel itself is ok, the air conditioner in the room was very noisy. The pool was very dirty, the chlorine was way too strong and one very large group of guests took over it, yelling and diving and just being completely inconsiderate of others. The front desk guy tried to talk some sense into them but that didn’t help. I overheard him calling security but security never showed up. This was a big disappointment for my kids cause they really wanted to enjoy the pool but weren’t able to.

Great breakfast; loved the pillows. Was confused how to get the lights on at first. Never used the room card for that in the past. Overall, very pleased with my stay and would stay there again.

Excellent hotel
Rooms and hotel were clean and modern. The bed was comfortable. I did not request a handicap accessible room, so I could have used a grab bar by the toilet. Other than that, everything was excellent.

I booked a double king room but they lied in the description room only had one bed and it was super small. Staff was clueless at night day time workers are better.

Long Weekend getaway
We were there on a weekend trip from Ontario, Canada. The front desk staff was polite and pleasant. Overall the hotel was clean and even though it was a long weekend and there were a few young children it was quiet. Our room was very clean and the bed comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

This Hotel was so nice. When you walked in it was fresh. Lobby bathroom was clean. Room was clean. I like that the whole room didn’t have carpet. Young man at service desk was professional. Had to grab breakfast and the lady was nice as well. This will be my hotel whenever I visit Detroit.

My family and i came for a family get away this wasn't our first hotel choice. the hotel where we're stayed was awful so bad we left that hotel an came the Hampton suites..the best decision ever!!!!
