I reserved a room with 2 beds. Upon check in we were given a handicapped room to have 2 beds. That was ok until we got to room and saw that the shower sprayer only was 2 feet tall. High enough for someone sitting on a shower bench, or in a wheel chair. When I requested another room I was told " we have a large hockey team here and have no other rooms". So I thought we were stuck with this room. At 10 p.m. I went to take a bath, and after running hot water for ten minutes I had none. I called front desk, who called engineering. They arrived at 11:30 p.m. They could not fix the problem and said they would inform the front desk that we should be moved to a new room. The next morning I went to front desk and they had a different room for us. Now you cant tell me that room wasn't available when we checked in. Poor customer service!

Very friendly staff. Nice facility. Clean. Location of Our room enable noise from people In the bar to be heard in our room. We were hoping for a swim In the indoor pool but water was too cold. Park near the building not out in side lot.

Very nice place to stay. BUT! We were disappointed there was no microwave in our room. We also wished there was a complimentary breakfast.

What hotel charges parking fee to its guests? Well this hotel does, and my room's mattress for the pull out couch mattress would disgustingly brown, would not see a homeless person sleeping on that

The restaurant was not good at all and there is nowhere else to eat there so no choice Breakfast was cold staff are not helpful and people around me were complaining about their food

The room smelled terrible. The ac unit was disgusting. There was no water in the room (or anything). There was no tea or coffee in the lobby. At least the bed was good. The staff was ok but very harried. There ought to be more people on duty when there are flight delays and cancellations.

I asked for towels at the front desk at about 1: 30pm Saturday and NEVER got them . Room was not cleaned during stay. Also, when I checked in , which i prepaid.I was tols i needed to pay to park in the parking lot for the two nights., i was staying. That eas waived after complaining, but if thats a policy it should be removed. If a person is paying for a room, you then want them to pay to park their vehicle at the place for which you have paid to stay. Makes no sense. Greed.

Had a great stay.... I loved our room, the personalized TV welcome.. comfortable beds , very clean room. Shower has great water pressure and hair dryer not secured to the wall. I will say one back area of the hotel main floor clearly had a water leak at one point (the ice machine is gone and only plumbing in its place).. so it smells like a bad litter box. I didn't stay there as was just walking thru to go to the back parking lot. There was no working Ice machines on any floor but the bar was accomodating. The bar and front desk were clearly short staffed and "well worked" but they were patient and kind despite the line up and phone calls.
