Bathroom smelled like armpit. Bed was hard and lumpy. Pollows were miature size and flat. Bedding was old an grey and so were the towles. The I did have a decent breakfast and the room was clean

There were several stains on the carpet, marks on the wall. Lamp shades were yellow and the bathroom door didn't lock. Only polite staff was the man at the front desk. Overall, disappointed by the cleanliness of the hotel.

Room above was very noisy, especially during the day. The ironing board was broken, and the bathroom sink was extremely slow to drain. The rooms, and halls, had a strange odor.

This is where I stay whenever I'm in town. The staff is friendly and there's plenty of parking. They're located close to a convenience store where we pick up bottled water and snacks. There are also good restaurants near by.

Having the door in your room that connects to the other room is very disturbing when you have kids or families in the room nextdoor. Can become very loud when its just a couple enjoying a weekend away.

4th floor hallway rug has a dip in the floor, which we had trouble rolling luggage cart thru . The staff not overly friendly, ex., issue with door key cards, had to be redone, she held her hand out without talking to us. Thurday night pool was not suitable for use. Upgraded to a suite for $75, pull out bed was all coils and could not sleep on. Positive note, Breakfast was good.

Nice hotel but not up to Marriott standards
Problem with noise above room 103 for 3 nights. First night the receptionist ignored our request. Second night the issue was not solved until Amir relocated the family in 203 to another room. Lady reception let coffee cream run out, would not get more even though new arrivals were coming in. Finally our room was not cleaned during out 5 day stay

Definitely would not visit this establishment again. During The first night, I had to move to another room due to the microwave being broken. Get settled in the new room and the heater was not working. Had to gather my things again and move to another room. During my stay, the room key had to be reset everyday except one.

Our room had dirty towels when we called to tell them she asked my husband how they got their we checked in 5 minutes before how on earth would we know there were no blanket on our bed they would not even bring them my husband had to go get it our room was literally 90 degrees and there was hair all over our bed and through all this no one even offered us to switch rooms paid for a “whirlpool room” it was literally a bathtub next to the bed!
