"First of all, we were actually impressed and glad that upon arriving early in the morning with no notice to the hotel, they had our room ready. But then once seeing the room - dirty and stuffy, we weren’t too happy anymore. Food is a buffet, so expectations weren’t high to begin with. It is self served, including beverages. "We had a wonderful time at the Jazz Hotel, we went as a couple and met up with family who also stayed at the Jazz and had a wheelchair, ramp to assist and left available to take you to room. Cleanliness is excellent, reception staff are absolutely amazing cannot do enough for you. Restaurant and bar staff also fantastic and always smiling. Excellent breakfast lots of choice. Easy access to town and other restaurants. We visited some beautiful beaches €1 ticket purchased from newspaper stand left to car park will get you to several beaches in 20 minutes. Our 2nd visit will definitely return. "
