"The 5 employees who were so helpful in trying to find our reservation were so helpful and friendly. I had made reservations for two rooms for my son's on-site wedding, had a confirmation number, confirmation email, but when we arrived, the resort was surprised to see us, that's for sure. I got on the chat feature and started what turned out to be a 2 hour ordeal to unravel this misadventure. After that fiasco, our stay was great and the staff was wonderful.
