"I booked a room with a terrace and was shocked to find I had to climb a flight of stairs to get to my room once I entered the door! I was able to get help from the very friendly staff at the hotel since I wouldn't have been able to carry my luggage up the stairs without assistance. "Great location with plenty of dining options nearby. Easily accessible by bus L5 from the train station (L1A from the bus station). The reception gave us a map and explained the essentials to explore the city (landmarks, dining, marketplace etc.). Room size was decent and with good heating/air-conditioning. The soundproof was poor however. We could hear the traffic well."
