Close to the metro/subway system, close to restaurants... if you plan on taking the metro places, great place to stay! The beds are very comfortable and possibly better than my own bed at home. Good view as well. Grocery stores within 2 min walk. I would stay here again

Excellent hotel well located close to many of the major sites of Paris. Rooms lack good views but are clean and bright. onmly disappointment was the lack of English speaking TV programmes although this wasn't a problem for us as we didn't spend much time in the room.

Slightly better than the average Novotel experience. Despite not being right in the centre of Paris, access to the Metro is good, and the nearby Boulevard Montparnasse also provides a wide range of dining opportunities. Stayed with extended family aged 8 to 80 and they were all happy! Especially with the free in-room wi-fi! If you want to be in the heart of the city, this hotel is a bit too far out, but if you want spacious rooms with decent access to most things, I wouls highly recommend.

Extremely helpful staff with useful recommendations on activities and facilities in Nice. The hotel was very comfortable - the room could benefit from some refurbishment although this did not spoil our stay. The hotel is very well located for the old city, the market and the sea front. Easily reached by bus from the airport.

We booked in to this the Le Negresco because of its gracious history and our love of art. We were not dissapointed. It is beautiful, elegant and has the most amazing art to wonder around and admire. The walk to breakfast took 45 minutes! Our only regret is that we only spent one night, next time we will stay longer. The staff were very attentive and professional. Thank you so much for the wonderful upgrade we recieved and beautiful wished for our 20th anniversary were appreciated. We will definately be back.

We were greated upon arrival at the hotel like a family member. Our car was taken and parked for us. Checkin was prompt and informative. Great location in the middle of the old part of Arles. Also a recommendation and booking was taken care of for us. I also need to add this meal was the best we had in France. Thankyou for making our stay so such and event and i would highly recommend staying in Hotel Borel.

This is a nice place. right next door to the train station. I didn't hear the trains or traffic at all. The windows are actually double windows to keep the sound down and it sure works. The room was good and large for a European hotel. I will definitely stay at this property again. Great experience with the staff. French really nice everywhere. The buffet breakfast was nice too.The hotel have a Train departure monitor in reception so you can sit and wait for your train in comfort. Also opposite the Lafayette super store and food market. if you're driving, parking fee: 7 euros during the day and 14 Euros for the nights.

Aside from a few microbes of dust on ledges and the broken side board thing (The top panel was broken in a few places on this paneled off section in the room) the room was very comfortable. The beds were ideally balanced between soft and firm, didn't creek, and the linen was good. The bathroom was very well cleaned, had a good shower (easy to use) and was well stocked. The staff were very good for what little we needed them for and spoke English well. The hotel was presented very nicely and looks very welcoming. We didn't pay for breakfasts in the morning but I'm sure they provided a well balanced menu, however, when we eventually got up we just found the nearest cafe/bakery and had a nice breakfast there. Easy to find, well placed to access the main attractions of Lyon within a 15 min walk. The Gallo-Roman ruins are a longer walk. Top marks and worth the money spent.
