"This was an absolute nightmare from finally getting into the property to leaving the following day and i was booked for 2nights. The room is a pit, the décor is depressing and thoroughly disappointing. I had no issues with checking in, but encountered many guests who did - I was WhatsApped the codes and details although others apparently were not, if the same had happened to me I'd be reviewing this with fewer stars.
