Czech Republic Accommodation

I was there to run the Prague Marathon, that's why it was a must to be near the start and finish line; the pleasant surprise was that it was near everything. The staff was very friendly and our room was very clean. As we are Hilton members, we were able to use the Business center and it was a wonderful plus, because we could use the wifi, eat canap�s and drink from champagne to water for free. It is not a luxurious hotel, but has everything you need for pleasant stay with a very good standar.

This hotel was perfect for our needs. It is a modern stylish hotel right in the old part of town close to everything. The room was a really good size. Breakfast was not included in the room price and we really enjoyed finding our own places for breakfast rather than paying extra at the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times.

The hotel is centrally situated and it is easy to walk to all major sights. We had an excellent stay starting with the friendliness of the staff at check-in through everyone we dealt with for room service, dinner and breakfast. The breakfast buffet offered a very broad choice of hot and cold options. We would definitely stay again if we came back to Prague.

We absolutely loved our stay in Hotel Derby! The staff went above board to assist us with family issues, they were very friendly and attentive to our every need! I highly recomend this hotel especially for family traveling with small kids. We had my 2 year old granddaughter and she was very comfortable in this small hotel enviroment as were all of us adults! The rooms were generous and very clean.The food at breakfast was also well prepared each day.

This was our second visit to the Palace. Marianske Lasne is fabulous and a joy to visit. But the Palace has gone way down in service. Front desk personnel only speak English during the day. After 6 you must speak Czech, Russian or German. They claim to have wireless, but it doesn't work. The desk people give you a sheet of paper and point to a place where there is no wi-fi at all. So they tell you to go to the GrandHotel Pacifik about 150' down the street When you need to exchange some $$ they tellyou to go to Grandhotel Pacifik. In both cases the desk personnel at the Pacific spoke English, had internet and could make change. So our next trip? We'll simply stay at the Grandhotel Pacifik.

This is a very nice hotel with a very pleasant and helpful staff.

The staff is amazing! The food at the hotel is also very good! This was my second time staying at this hotel and I will always chose it when visiting Pilsen. It's in a great location near the center of the town. Many restaurants, dance clubs and bars less then 10 minutes walk away. They have a parking garage too which is also a big consideration if you're like me and have a nice car you would like to keep ;) I would never even consider staying at another hotel!

Nice clean room, responsive hotel staff, and an awesome location across from Pilsen brewery.
