The staff at this hotel is wonderful. They went out of their way to fulfil the smallest to largest request. Ernesto and Helen at the restaurant and bar are the most fantastic hotel staff I have ever encountered. The food was great! The hotel was clean and spacious. And the staff, yes again, were above fantastic. The hot tub could have been hotter. That is my only negative about the entire stay

Great hotel in a great location 5 min walk to the Harbour. Close to the city for shopping and train station is only a 10 min walk away!!

The four-night stay at the Victoria is more than expectations. The location of the hotel is very convenient, a stone away from everything and it is quiet at night. The room is very comfortable. The hotel also offers free access the gym. Will definitely be my choice for next trip in Melbourne and would recommend to everyone - couples, students etc.

Being a travellodge my expectations were such that it was a basic hotel but fine for what we needed. The location was amazing- so many bars and restaurants along the southbank and only 5 minutes walk to Federation Square. The room was very spacious and clean and the small kitchenette was an added bonus

Great central location with tram stop just outside. Left our luggage all day when we arrived and left, no problem. Internet wasn't good reception from 21 level. Great downstairs though, plus printing.

I could not fault the hotel at all, The room was perfect, the veiw awesome and the staff were just fantastic, it made my stay enjoyable.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The people there are all very friendly and helpful. I would chooes the hotel again.
