“Confortable room, friendly staff, GREAT price & my dog stayed at NO extra charge!!!”

The staff was GREAT - even though we checked very late in the evening - they were very courteous and accommodating. The room was very nice - it was in the middle of being renovated - smelled a little of paint and had no baseboards installed yet, nor did it have a refrigerator ( and since we stayed there for 5 days, we could have used one). But it was comfortable and clean! I had my two teenage boys and our dog with us (and there was NO EXTRA charge for our dog!!!!) At one place, they made me pay $30 extra for our dog :( My sons had a hard time sleeping in the same bed - I asked if we could have a roll-away bed and in no time at all - they delivered the bed - it was a life saver for all of us. Thank You and we will be staying at Red Roof Inns whenever we travel, the price was very affordable and the room was large and very comfortable. My sons also enjoyed the indoor pool tremendously! All in all we were very happy we stayed at this place - keep in mind that during our summer vacation we drove from California to Iowa and back to California - and we stayed at a total of 9 different hotels - none of the other beat the Red Roof Inn's price!

“Loved it!”

Loved our stay at the Comfort Inn! We were impressed with the hotel and room, the pool/spa, and breakfast in the morning. Plus, I think it's the quietest hotel I've ever stayed in. Couldn't hear any background noise from the hallway or other rooms. Will definitely be back.

“Just fine”

We were traveling relying on reviews. This hotel was just fine. There were some things that were a pleasant surprise, like the towels were really soft and the kids loved the breakfast.

“I waited while staff made waffles for themselvesI”

The room was clean adequate, but the breakfast was disappointing. The food was okay, but when I first went down there was no regular coffee available. I went down later and made a waffle and was planning to make another for my nephew but several ladies came into the breakfast area as I was about to go make it and I had to wait. As I was waiting I heard a man tell them staff was not suppose to eat until after guest breakfast time was over(this was about 9-9:30am and breakfast was until 10am. He told them to go ahead and get what they were getting but he was going to let Sally know. Two more of them proceeded to make waffles while I waited in line. The location was convenient, and there is a steakhouse, Montana Mike's, that is just a block away that had excellent steaks. Overall nothing that couldn't be improved with better management and training of employees

“Rooms were dated and dirty - staff was pleasant”

1st room shower did not work at all, very little water pressure and very little heat. Front desk did move us right away and were nice about it. 2nd room wasn't clean, hair in bathroom and on one of the bed's blankets. The breakfast was dissappointing. Rooms were adequate, but not ok for multiple night stay and for the price paid.

“Terrible”

Expedia let me down on this one. Dirty etc. will never consider staying there again. I always have Great experience w/Expedia, but this was very bad.l

“Never stay here!!!!!”

The hotel was under a remodel. There were no towels in the room, nor in the entire hotel. There was no roll away bed as we requested. When I complained to the front desk clerk he knelt down, put his hands on his head and started to cry. This was a terrible hotel, no maid service and it was in terrible shape. I would'nt stay here again for any reason.
