“Clean, Reasonably Priced, Efficiently Run”
A pleasurable experience to stay at a hotel that is so well run, that everything seems to be "done right", from the breakfasts in the morning to checkout when leaving, to the internet access, everything was "perfect"

The hotel was awesome. The location at the foothills was beautiful and quiet. The room was roomy and clean. The kitchenette was very convenient. Continental breakfast had a lot to choose from. Front desk people were very nice. We would definitely go back.
“My favorite place to stay in Littleton”
I always like to stay at the Townplace Suites because it is very close to my daughter and is a nice quiet place and feels safe. The front desk and cleaning staff is very helpful and accomodating.

It was perfect for our family of 4. We didn't feel cramped except when the hide-a-bed was out. The kitchen area was awesome and everything we needed as far as utensils was provided. Being at the foot of the mountains was great and so peaceful. Loved the breakfasts too.

“Great Hotel”
If you are looking for a hotel that is out of the main area of the city, this is the hotel to stay at. It is within 15 minutes of Downtown Denver, and very close to the freeway for other cities nearby. It is very clean, staff was very helpful and accomodating. The room was very large and had all the comforts of home. The only complaint that I had would be the bed. It was not very comfortable probably a 3 out of 5. I would stay there again definetely for another trip to Colorado. Colorado is very scenic!

The front desk of friendly and cheery. The hotel was very clean and I was impressed with my room. It was very comfortable and I LOVED the bed, it was SOOOO comfortable!

Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Room was just right. Free breakfast was better than most out there. Very reasonably priced. Had a very pleasing stay there. Only minor complaint would be the noise from the hall when children were running down it or conversations were being made.
