O's - Named after the hotel owner—O'Byrne—the restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and specializes in fare featuring Colorado Angus beef and seafood flown in daily. Hardwood floors, leather-accented chairs, oversized banquettes, and walls of windows overlooking Westminster Promenade Lake, create a casually hip atmosphere. The adjoining O Room bar includes an oyster bar and an extensive martini menu.
Tap Room and Grill - Cocktails and an all-day light menu are offered in this casual restaurant, which specializes in American fare.

“Looking forward to a return visit”
This hotel was refreshing. Staff was helpfull. Did not eat at the hotel. But did go to the Starbux in the lobby.
“Extremely Satisfied”
Great hotel at a great price. When I travel, the two most important things are a soft bed and a quiet room. Westin delivered. Bonus: I could plug my computer into the TV; the restaurant was a pleasant surprise.

We were very please with the hotel. Did not get to spend much time there because we were moving our son into college. Looking forward to coming again when we can spend more time.

The hotel was nice, the food prices were a joke ($7 for cereal and I am sure you were not able to keep the spoon!). I don't understand why 3 stars give free breakfast and 4+ stars charge you $25 for a 6oz steak. For a 4 star the T.V. had about 10-15 channels of basic cable + Showtime so their was not to much to watch.
“Wonderful Vacay!”
Hotel and its staff were fantastic! Hotel is VERY dog friendly, which is a plus! "go green" offer was interesting, and nice deal... earn $5/day for not having them change linens or towels...just wish they would at least refresh coffee, cups and empty trash... otherwise a great hotel.
“Outstanding experience”
Their valet parking is a real asset. We could call down to the either the hotel operator or the valet desk to have our car runnung and ready to go at the hotel entrance when we came down. They are pet friendly w/o a charge or an upfront deposit. We had 2 grandsons that played in separate ice hockey tounaments that weekend. We could walk to one arena and the other was about a 17 minute drive. Worked out great. The hotel had a very good restaurant, however if you chose, restaurants and entertainment (bowling, movies, etc were only 3-4 minutes away.
“High class in an excellent location.”
The room was superb with every comfort of home. The staff did more then enough to make my short stay a pleasent one. Room service and the elegent restoraunt by the lobby was fantastic. The location is near several attractions and is very scenic. A pool, spa and fitness room, I couldn't ask for more. I highly recommend this hotel for business or just leisure.
