“Golden in Golden”
The hotel is beautiful and appropriately decorated for the region. The bedding is lovely. When our television didn't work just right, it was immediately courteously replaced. The restaurant is just fine and I enjoyed the buffalo hash twice for breakfast. The location can't be beat and parking is easy. This was a great stay.
“A Refreshing Treat”
The Golden Hotel is the ideal hotel in an delightful town. The vibe of the hotel is more like a Bed and Breakfast. The rooms are well furnished and super clean. The decor choices are those of a boutique hotel rather than your upscale chain hotels. The staff was beyond helpful and friendly. I will stay there every time I pass through Colorado.
“Exceeded our expectations”
We spent one night at this hotel and stayed in a family suite. The room was very large, clean and comfortable. Had a refrigerator, microwave and nice breakfast counter. Our only negative was the layout of the toilet and shower. It would have been nice to have them separate and with a bit more space. We also ate in the restaurant which was pretty good. All in all, we didn't know what to expect and were very satisfied.
“A great stop in Golden, Co.”
The Golden Hotel was a great place for a quick over night on the way to Boulder. It was comfortable, clean and the staff was very welcoming. It is loctaed right on the Clear Creek River walk. This allowed for a nice stroll in the morning before getting in the car and contiuing our journey.
“Great Stay”
My wife and I went there for New Year's Eve and really enjoyed ourselves. The room was extremely comfortable and the food was amazing. Well worth it - we will be back.

Very neat place, right downtown. You could not ask for a better location or nicer staff. I would defiantly go back. Golden is a great town.

I stayed for 1 week for a class at CSM - very convienent to the school and downtown area (restaraunts, shopping, etc.). I walked everwhere and left the rental car parked the entire week. The room was comfortable and nicely appointed..one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at. Front desk staff was helpful and pleasant. Restaurant (Bridgewater Grill) is very good and more than just a hotel restaurant; locals come here too. View of river walk is great. I would stay here again without hesitation. Golden is a great town! Excersise room was great and well kept.

Excellent destination for R&R. Excellent service from all the staff. We highly recommend The Bridge Water restaurant- delicious food.
“Comfortable and great location”
This is the third time for my husband and I to stay in the Golden Hotel. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Golden and the Colorado School of Mines campus. We especially enjoyed breakfast in the hotel restaurant.
“we love this hotel”
We loved this hotel. The location is beautiful and central to everything we wanted to do. One minor complaint is that the pillows were dreadful. They were small, hard and lumpy. Never the less, we will be staying here again. Every staff member was kind and helpful.
