The Front desk service was very helpful and answered our questions or kept searching until an answer was found. Breakfast buffet was delicious, especially the made-to-order eggs and waffles. The pool and exercise rooms were well-equipped; the jetted spa was okay.

Everyone on the hotel staff was A #1. From the check in to check out we felt as if we were at home. The restaurant Sonomaz was great. First rate food. We watched the Celtics playoff game in the bar and I could not have enjoyed it more if I were in my own living room. Thank you for a great vacation.The comfort of the beds were soooooo... restful.....slept great.

Very accommodating - quickly took care of small problem and left a note of apology when it was resolved (good communication and service). Could've used small refrigerator in room, but was well appointed and comfortable.

This is our second time staying at this particular hotel and we just love it. It is situated only a few minutes from one of my husband's offices and the selection of restaurants and activities near the hotel is incredible. From bowling to shopping to eating, you can't ask for more. It's easy to get on and off I-25.
