“Great for the Family and Easy Access”
Our entire family was visiting our daughter for Christmas and we wanted a place to all be together. The hotel was easy to find and near-by traffic was not an issue with noise. The beds may have been only a double but were just right in comfort and the pillows plenty. The service and free breakfast were outstanding. I even caught up on my e-mail using their free internet computer. As we were leaving for home and preparing to ride in a car for six hours the front desk offered us free bottled water with out us even asking. I booked with the Fairfied chain because I knew their layout and past service, but this place topped all others we have gone to, especially with their friendly service. We will stay here again I am sure!
“Great place to stay”
The hotel was very clean and in a convenient location. I would however take my own pillow next time, they offer down pillows that are just too soft and flatten out, but that is a common issue that I have with hotels. Nothing they do wrong on their part, I just need to remember my own pillow!
“All the basics covered!”
All the basics available,including a gym, and I was specially satisfied with the variety of choices available for morning breakfast, the most important meal of the day.

They went out of their way to help me find a work out facility including printing out directions and also provided an excellent restaurant recommendation, again with printed directions. Very nice group of staff.

“Mixed Opinion but would still return”
The front desk attendents were helpful and friendly. When I needed to call a shuttle for a ride to the airport, the front desk person looked up the number and called for me. When my boyfriend and I needed directions, they assisted us. The breakfast was delicious and more than I would have assumed. The only problem I had with the hotel is that I discovered a bug in my bed, but that could have come from clothes or something else. The room service changed my sheets immediately. There was a language barrier that became frustrating between me and the cleaning person because we could not understand each other. We had to have someone translate for us. The amenities of the room were wonderful and the view was great. The location of the hotel was convenient too because we were right by the interstate.
“Nice accomodations”
We had a late check in, following a Rockies/Cardinals baseball game (the one where the Cards clinched their division championship!! Go Cards!!). The check-in went very smooth. It was a short night and we were awakened by a knock on the door at 8:15 AM from housekeeping. We had failed to put out the Do Not Disturb sign, but thought that was way too early for maid service, especially when we were only staying the one night and had not checked out!! The bathtub/shower drain did not drain well, but reported that, as well as the way too early 'wakeup knock' to the attendant as we checked out. Beds were good, furnishings nice and the continental breakfast was better than many! Hot, fresh waffles! Yum!
“OK for a one night stay”
The hotel is ok for a one night stay. It doesn't have a fridge or microwave, so I couldn't keep my leftovers. The other thing is the heater/ac. It is really loud and takes forever to start working. The night I got in it was 18 degrees outside. It took about 6 hours for the heater to get the room up to 72 degrees and by that time I was already asleep, and I later woke up in a sweat. It is right off the highway but you can't really hear the traffic if you are sleeping on the side facing away from the highway. I forgot my toothbrush and I called the front desk at night before I went to bed and they told me I had to come get it from the front desk, which was a little inconvenient because I had already changed into my pajamas. The breakfast had a good selection, and for the most part the hotel is clean and quiet.
