“Rude Employees”

When we got to the hotel, there was no one in the lobby, at the front desk or anyhwere around. I had to call for someone to come down and check us in and a rude lady FINALLY arrived. She did not greet us, didn't talk very much, overall just rude and very unprofessional. It started our stay on the wrong foot from the very beginning.

“Great Stay ... Will Return”

We will be back for a family mini vacation. The hotel staff were very friendly and allowed us to check out late due to a medical procedure my son was having. The location and surrounding businesses make it a no brainer for a fun local getaway!

“Big Room”

The Room was large, and had a living room area. Ironing board was too small and they put me in a handicapped bathroom suite so I'm not sure if this was the standard size room, BUT it was close to the lobby and convenient. Rate was lower on Expedia than Government rate!

“what a hotel should be”

Excellent,great room and impressed with business centre which included stapler printer, highlighters, pads and pens to make planning ahead so much easier. Highly recommended!

“I would stay there again”

Overall everything was great, room was spacious and comfortable, great breakfast, great customer service from the front desk. No issues, My only complaint was the pillows are half the size of a normal pillow! what the heck! BUt I would sty there again as long as I bring my pillow next time!

“Great price for hotel that I got!”

Got into Denver early, thought I'd have to wait hours before check in.... Was quickly assisted by a young lady named Lana. She was very friendly and attentive. The hotel was more than clean and the surrounding area was paddy and safe! It is kinda far from downtown but the train station is walking distance! Awesome place for the price! I'd stay and recommend to anyone!
