"Excellent experience, fantastic staff. We received a call the week of our stay, warning us that there was not an elevator on the property, to make sure we were okay with taking the stairs. (We were, but it was nice that they asked.) After we left, they went above and beyond when my husband left his diabetic supplies (insulin, refrigerated container) behind - they were willing to mail it back to us. Very responsive to some semi-frantic phone calls. We appreciate it!"

Choctaw Casino & Resort Durant, a Wyndham Grand Hotel

"Spent a few days at this casino Resort for my birthday. Wasn’t fond of the food! I tried Bamboo Noodle Bar, Carvel ice cream, Guy Fieri’s Kitchen and the Butterfields buffet & The Grand Cafe’ & Bakery. Some was okay others was not good far as flavor. We did love the adult pool and drinks, everything was super clean, had fun playing black jack w/ a friend we had a pleasant time overall. . I would recommend besides the food. Everyone taste buds are different but I’m used to high quality food and I wasn’t impressed. Rooms are nice and also very clean we stayed in the Grand hotel building. Lots to do for adults."

"When I arrived and upon post check-in, the room key provided did not work. A staff member came to the room I was assigned to with a new key which didn't work either and had to wait in the hallway to be assigned to another room at the other end of the hallway. My room was horrible, stains on the bed sheets, the floor was very dusty and dirty, and smelled very fowl. The sink in the bathroom, would not drain and the shower would not produce hot water. My room after my first night stay, was not cleaned, and when I approached the night front desk manager about having my room cleaned, said, with attitude, that I was supposed to make a special request to have my room cleaned, and wouldn't agree to have my room cleaned, again, with attitude. I paid up front $500 for 2 nights. Warning: Never stay at the Hy-Lo Hotel in Durant, OK. Worst I've ever experienced in my life, and I'm a heavy business traveler."
