On the negative, if you don’t arrive early enough for breakfast, food is not replenished and therefore there is not much variety left. I wished there was a machine to prepare your own coffee and not wait to be served because by the time I had the coffee I had almost finished my breakfast. "

Food was very good and the free bus to town a nice touch, although late both times (must be Greek time) we booked this. Also hired a couple of quads from Aegean near Reception. "This hotel was located close to the monasteries with great view of it. The staff were all very friendly. Parking was a bit of an issue. Luckily there weren’t that many guests during my stay. "A stay at Strawberry is a sweet experience. Margarita was a wonderful host and couldn’t do enough for you. The Pension is spotless, pool lovely and quiet and breakfast each day had plenty of choices. Definitely a place to relax and unwind. Plenty of wonderful restaurants literally on the doorstep. And don’t bother with the journey to Koukanaries…Paraskevi Beach is just across the road and very relaxing with plenty of amenities. Bus stop is a few hundred yards away, too. Perfect for going into...

"This hotel is very old you feel like you are in 1970’s. The outside look nice but inside it feels like you are in your grandma’s house. NO HOT WATER, no shower door, no working coffee pot at breakfast, breakfast was no good and the room key had a weight on in that had to be returned to the desk when you left the hotel."
