“Only a few problems”

The overall atmosphere of the hotel was great, the desk check in went smoothly and the staff was very nice. The outside access was a bit unusual, however easily maneuvered after a day or so. The room was overall clean, however there was dirt and hair on the floor of the bathroom behind the door, and minor maintainence problems that needed addressed. The king size bed was nice, however the bed was broken, and rocked when movement was needed. A bit uncomfortable to sleep on the left side. However a shift to the middle or right seemed to work well. Not the finest hotel, however one that is adequate for the needs simpler living of a place to sleep and a place to wash up and prepare for your day.

“Wouldn't recommend”

The hotel was not bad once we got in the room. Unfortunately you have to swim through the thick cloud of incense smoke in the lobby to get to your room.

“Worst Hotel I've ever stayed in!”

The people that worked at the hotel were very nice. They went above and beyond when I needed something. The room however was horrible. There were no covers on the plug in outlets, dirty wash cloth in the bathroom that wasn't mine when I checked in, the shower curtain was molded and extremely dirty I wouldn't even take a shower the whole time I was there that's how bad it was..., the toilet would only flush every 20 mins, the sink filled up, the table top was torn off and was just set on the table, the chairs had wripped up fabric, and the doors on the cabinet that held the tv were held on by two screws and looked like at any moment it was going to break off. They charged $80 for my dogs to stay, but there is nothing in that room that the dogs could have possibly destroyed with how awful it was! Unfortunately I had already paid with Expedia but if I hadn't there is NO WAY I would have stayed for four nights!!! The sad thing is when I checked in the lady at the front desk changed my room saying that she wouldn't have stayed in the room that was picked for me and she said, "If I wouldn't stay in it, I'm sure you wouldn't want to stay in it." She then changed my room. So the room I stayed in I take it was one of their better rooms! I also paid for the upgraded King/Queen Room!

“Look elsewhere”

This hotel was very disappointing. Not once did they provide fresh towels unless we went to the front desk and asked for them. They only made up the bed/ cleaned the room ONCE in a 4 day period. The front desk tried to justify it, saying they only do this every other day, but after 3 days in a row of no one cleaning (emptying the trash/ making the bed) they still still tried to make it seem like they do it EVERY 2 days, even though it was the same person at the front desk every time we said something. No apologies, nothing to make it seem like they cared at all. What's worse is on the last day of our stay we found garbage under the chair left from a previous guest. (dog toys, dog poop) We didn't bring any animals with us so it was definitely from a previous guest. Disgusting!!

“Don't waste your money.”

Would not recommend. Very old and dirty.
