"Online check-in was very tedious, asking for way too much information. In-person check-in asked for information that was provided online. No bathroom available in common area, had to finish check-in and get to my room for urgent toilet need. Room was clean, everything in reasonably good shape. Bathtub floor was 4" too high, almost fell getting out of it. (Ironic because it was a handicap bathroom.) Light switches for the bathroom were badly placed, no "nightlight" to guide you through the dark."
