“You would employ all of the staff!”

All the staff from reception, restaurant, cleaning, etc were very good. Courteous, knowledgable, friendly but not intrusive. No request too difficult. We would stay at Crowne Plaza Darwin again.

My stay was great, the staff where always helpful and friendly. I strongly recommend that you go to the bar for lunch and have the Bar Bites (Tapas) I took 2 friends and we shared 4 dishes as well as a sweet. It was delightful and just enough in the middle of the day. In add ition the lass who works there made it a real pleasure with her service and wonderful smile. I also liked that car service put water in my car when they delivered from parking.

“Perfect Hotel for Darwin Downtown”

The hotel is situated close to paliament and government buildings as well as the newly developed convention area and waterfront. Also close to many historic sites and the lively nightclub/restaurant area. We felt very safe walking the streets at night and there was great food and ambience in the night life areas. The hotel was very comfortable with good sized rooms and very quiet.

From the moment I walked into the attractive lobby to the time when I sadly checked out, I loved my stay at Crowne Plaza. The room was very clean, comfortable and extremely quiet, providing a great night's rest. I loved the special touch of fresh fruit at the pool. Fantastic close lcoation. Friendly staff. Couldn't fault it, except my room had a pretty average view - but I can't complain because I got a very good deal!

“Easy experience”

Crown Plaza made our stay so simple, nothing was a hassle and there was always somebody there to answer a question or help out. Breakfast was great and the pool area topped it all off. Recommend.

This is a centrally located hotel close to Darwins entertainment area and in the middle of shopping an transport areas. Clean, large rooms with great views, it is a great hotel to stay.

“Would definitely stay here again with this special rate”

The staff was very helpful in keeping our 2 suitcases when we left for an early trip to Kakadu Nat'l Park because we were checking out after only one night but were on a tour and had no place to put our bags. The only minor item was when we came that evening to pick up our bags: the deskman said he could not find our reservation or our payment eventhough it had been paid in full and the check-in deskperson had no trouble finding it at all when we checked in or when we checked out and left our bags. We were visting Perth, Darwin and Brisbane from the U.S. (Texas). This hotel was very nice and the internet rate was exceptional. DEFINITELY the best choice for the money.

Very impressed good attentive service, staff most helpfull and accomadating, def stay again, nice room. pool and sports facilities good. staff accomadted late check out and provided acces to facilities even later as plane did not leave till 11pm. look forward to stating again
