We greatly appreciated the helpfulness of staff at the desk, in the restaurant and for housekeeping. We found that the location was isolated, as we came by public transportation, and had to depend upon taxies only to take us to Dartford Station, for shopping and for visiting friends.

Stayed 1 night in a family room, room was very clean and quiet. Hotel is in an excellent location for connections to all major routes and had plenty of parking. Staff very pleasant and helpful, we returned late and needed an additional duvet and they dealt with this quickly. Breakfast was good and had a reasonable selection though the coffee machine was broken (only 2 options). I’d definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

Room next door arguing from 1 til 4 in the morning, not the hotels fault but I asked the staff to sort it out and they did absolutely nothing
