"Carpet was torn big trip hazard and dirty. Toilet did not flush properly. Breakfast ok Paid 135$."

"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bed had 4 pillows, they were small and flat. Together, 2 pillows made 1 standard pillow. The refrigerator worked well and had a separate freezer. The TV offered Google Cast which I was never able to use. I went through the entire set up process several times but still no results. I have a Fire TV stick that I normally use but the TV did not have an Input function to switch inputs and if I used the USB port used by the cable TV, it still wanted Google Cast. So, No TV except broadcast. Bathroom had mediocre amenities. The towels were bright white but very thin. The Shower had little water pressure. Breakfast was mediocre as well. The normal bread and English muffin. Several fruits, hardboiled egg and yogurt dispensed through a machine. Day 1 offered scrambled eggs that tasted like powdered eggs and very good bacon. Day 2 was the same powdered eggs with biscuits and gravy that was passable. We will not stay at another Best Western"

"I understand that you often get what you pay for, but this establishment was nothing like the pictures shown in the reviews. The furniture was old, worn out, and appeared unclean. The entrance was so run-down that I honestly thought I had arrived at the wrong location because it looked abandoned and closed. The beds were made but I dusted down with pinesol The signs were faded and in need of paint, the grass was overgrown, and the overall appearance was poorly maintained. Even my 9-year-old looked at the building and said, “This can’t be open.” Unfortunately, the property did not match the expectations set by the online photos and reviews. All red roof inns aren’t this bad but this was horrible in my eyes"
