Adequate place to sleep

I chose this hotel because they claimed to have a complimentary shuttle from the airport and WiFi in the rooms. I called several days in advance as well as the day of to confirm the shuttle; I was told it would be there. When my flight arrived I called to request the shuttle and they informed me it was not running that night! However, the desk clerk did remember that she had talked to me earlier that day saying it would be there, and agreed to cover the cost of a cab. That was wonderful. Then when I got into the room, the WiFi wasn't working. I decided not to fight it and walked next door to Denny's to have a meal and utilize their WiFi. One last thing, when the cab pulled up to drop me at the motel, the portico and entrance was extremely dark - outside lights had never been turned on. That was unsettling. Aside from all those issues, the rest of my stay was adequate. I arrived around 9pm and left the next morning by 7:15, though, so I have little to judge the experience on.

Four Day Stay

Cons: Hire more maids, train your staff to me friendly to the customers. Teach the maids to speak English. The men at the front desk were rude.
I stayed for four nights and five days. They did not come by to clean the room on Sat. at all I went to the front desk at 3PM and they told me someone would come clean it so I went shopping and got back at 7PM and the room still had not been cleaned so I went back to the front desk and told them to just give me some towels so we could take a shower and they said they didn't have any. And they called their manager at that time. While I was waiting another guy said he and his family went across the street and bought some towels, and another man was there and wanted a different room because there was nasty stuff in the bathroom sink. After about 20 min. they went to another room and gave me the towels out of that room. But they were not happy about it at all. I would not stay here ever again.

Overall great experience and very quiet and friendly atmosphere. Enjoyed my stay thoroughly.

Pros: Friendly Staff
Cons: Breakfast room is small. Not proper space to sit. Not much options for breakfast also.There was a hole in blanket possibly due to cigarette butt.
Staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean. WiFi signal is good in room. Breakfast room is very tiny. No proper space to sit. Not very options for breakfast also. Overall hotel is not clean though rooms are clean. I would rate it 3 out of 5.

Rooms where not clean. Moved to like 3 rooms. Hair in bed. Staff was nice wasn't her fault housekeeper didn't do her job. Just a horrible stay

The toilet was clogged when we checked in,reserved a smoking room and ask repeat lyrics for an ashtray,stated their was no available. The remote for the TV was taped together and didn't work.old TV at that. Would not print me up a receipt .staff stated that I have to get one from expedia.i also reserve a king size bed and got 2 doubles.no microwave or refrigerator. I will never book this again

Hotel needs an upgrade sooner rather than later, to old and furniture and carpet with stains.bath tub scratched etc.etc.

I had problems with the shuttle on my way to the hotel and again next morning on my way to the airport. I would not stay in this hotel ever again!

The room has wet carpeting; drawers were out of dresser and bottom of dresser was wet. Room should not have been rented. Breakfast was not provided other than stale bread and cereal. The hot breakfast that was advertised was suddenly "out of order" after we had waited for 45 minutes.
