Loved our stay here. Everything about this hotel was A . From the front desk staff to our kitchen manager Shiloh. She even recommended we go to the cattle drive at the Stockyards. (Which was such a fun experience)

Such a nice experience. The staff was so nice and accommoting. We were there to see a game and go to the Stockyards ( recommended by Shiloh- the kitchen manager) The room was super clean. We will definitely be staying there again.

It’s a nice place to stay but it was a couple arguing all night and morning. I couldn’t sleep at all. Kids running up and down the hall late night. Everything else was perfect

Grout was missing on the bathroom tile. Electrical wires exposed under the air conditioner. Maid started cleaning before 9am in the room next to us and made a lot of loud banging noise.

Everything was great except the cleaning room did not clean our room. We left the hotel around 9am and returned at 2:30; the cleaning crew was on our floor but had skipped over our room. We had to go to the front desk for fresh towels

We had a 2 day stay and were miserable for the 2 days. The room next door was so loud and noisy that we couldn’t sleep. Children were running through the room all hours of the night with parents yelling at them. We reported it to the front desk and they promised to address it. They did not! No phone call or visit to their room. We will not stay here again. They do not take care of their customers.

Overall, the hotel was fine. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. However, I noted mold on the shower ceiling, the TV did not work, and the bathroom tiles were coming up from the floor. The hotel is just in need of maintenance and repair.

The property was probably very nice at one time. However, it is now very dated. The restaurant had barely any food available and was awful. It was a convenient location but I would not stay here again.

Love the look of the lobby and the accommodations! I think it’s the first hotel that has Dove products and I love it! Check-in was easy and the young gentleman who checked us in was professional and friendly! Great stay!

My Son and I stayed in this Holiday Inn for the Cotton Bowl (Go Tigers). Staff was friendly, hotel was clean and comfortable. Bar & Grill on premises was great. IHOP in the parking lot was great -open 24 hours. Would stay again.
