Perfect property for hoi an
Absolutely wonderful stay in the perfect property. The staff throughout were wonderful with both help and suggestions. My wife needed a visit to a local hospital and they were quick to help organize. Location is perfect, close enough to walk but far enough to still be quiet. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Pool was very relaxing. Hope to be back!

This hotel was great. Very clean and very nice staff. They provide bikes that allow you to quickly get into the heart of Hoi An and experience it. We really liked that it was just outside the old city - it felt like a nice retreat while still being close to everything.

This hotel is a little outside the very touristic areas, but still very easy to walk to and much quieter It is super clean and the staff is very friendly and useful. The breakfast buffet is not extravagant but has still many options . There is a great restaurant 3 houses down (Cobbs) that you really need to try. We will definitely go back should we visit Hoi An again

This hotel shoukdnt be rated 4 stars, its loud, the staff was unhelpful when asked about anything and they were incinsistant with the prices when asking to book more nights. The price increased from 630k to 1 million upon asking for one more night. This made my decission to not stay here any longer. It is clear through interactions with the owner of the hotel they are only interested in money and not guest satisfaction. Repeat, not the staff, the staff did their best, it was the owners fault.

Lovely Hotel
It's our second stay here, four years on & it has changed slightly. Still great Hotel. Had Deluxe Pedicure with Tam best I have ever had. Only complaint is the laundry, I went to great lengths to make sure they used hangers for some items I even drew a picture!! But still came back folded in laundry bag very creased Over all still lovely hotel.

The staff at the Royal Riverside was phenomenal. Bartenders, desk manager, spa staff, cleaners, the chef, the wait staff, and the front desk girls were universally helpful, cheerful, and very friendly.

Great value for money.
We stayed at this place and their more expensive sister property River Suites and this was much nicer!! The only challenge was breakfast - which was a massive scrum! Too many guests not enough space or cutlery.

A cozy hotel at the edge of Hoi An
We absolutely loved our stay at the Royal Riverside Hoi An. The hotel is incredibly beautiful and has a nice view of the river. It's a quick 10-15 minute walk into town and the rooms were really nice. The service was very friendly and everything was taken care of for us. I highly recommend a stay here if you're looking for something a bit quieter than central Hoi An.

Good: staff was friendly and remembered our names, room was generally clean, bed comfortable. Bad: Location a bit out of the way, room smelled faintly of stale cigarette smoke, they allow smoking in hotel common areas, we had 3 rooms and service was a bit inconsistent amongst them (some people got a turndown service and better cleaning while others didn’t), they tried to charge us twice for a tour that we booked after one of the people in our group had already paid for it. Don’t think that was on purpose but more due to lack of organization and I would have paid it if the person in our group wasn’t next to me to tell me he already took care of it. Room door closers don’t shut the door all the way and there’s an annoying alarm that goes off if the door is not shut so we heard a lot of that. Just get better closers so we don’t have to hear that jarring alarm.

We booked a river view and did not get one. In addition the air conditioner did not work and the electricity kept going out. We were offered a foot massage for the trouble.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The food at Silver Restaurant was delicious. This hotel is a short walk to the old quarter so it is away from traffic noise. Would recommend this hotel.

Really nice hotel but the location is not the best
Had trouble locating the hotel because the layout of the road number is odd. It goes from road number 39 to 48 to 56 then to 40, which is the hotel's address. It is slightly far from nearest convenience store.
