Hi Bevely, there are 29 photos of this property on the listing with multiple photos of the waterside including one clearly showing the bank. We refute the accusation that the photography was intended to mislead. We suggest checking the listing in more detail in future prior to booking to make sure it is what you are looking for. We are also not sure why you would want to access the water in the middle of winter! Unfortunately we cannot control the weather and yes puddles do occur when it rains! We are glad you enjoyed the rest of this spacious and well equipped property.
