“I Love Paris”
Everythhing was great. Clean, Safe, good price and a gated parking lot. The staff were very warm and friendly and our daughter received a welcome gift.

Nothing come cheap, we endup paying checkin baggage £40, hotel was bit far from airport £7 each way rest all was fine, popel in france looks confused, you have to ask few people to make certain you got correct information. from airport train is best option for hotel.

“Clean, comfy, but don't ask for exdtra linen !!”
The Novotel Hotel in Creteil is a modern clean and comfy hotel. Dificult to find on foot but I expect easier by car. Despite emailing the hotel prior to arrival they were unable to give us directions from the Metro Station to the hotel, which we eventually found to be 3 stops on a local bus. The room was clean and tidy. It was a family room with a double bed and a sofa that converted into 2 singles. One thin pillow was provided for each person. When I asked at reception for more they refused to supply any. Also the sofa beds were of poor quality with quite a few of the support slats missing or loose. It is 19 stops by Metro from the hotel to central Paris which on a 5 night stay became a bit tedious on a daily basis. I would recommend the hotel as a base but not with young children in tow, due to its location. Clean and tidy...bring your own pillows !!!
“Have stayed in better Novotels”
On the pluses, the hotel is in a quiet area and great parklands at the back. It is not close to inner Paris so it is about 40 mins each way by metro to go there and back. The service was generally good except for one receiptionist who was not at all helpful. Room airconditioning do nit work effectively so when we opened to the window, we were bitten by mosquitos.
“Business Hotel far away from Paris Dowtown”
The location is not good if you want to visit Paris downtown, the nearest subway station it's 1 km from it, so you can walk or take a bus. The subway will take 45 minutes to Champs Elise. So if you have business around Creteil area or car to transport this hotel can be an option.
“My Vacation a disaster on Expedia”
I dont know they have given the worst room because i booked a package through expedia or all of their rooms were like that. It was horrible on breakfast was not included and not very good quality with 15 euro per person, other than verity of tea.
“Ok=not value for money”
facilities etc as would expect from Novotel but the staff and service were simply appalling -starting with the receptionists- both on arrival and departure- who offered no greeting , basically took the form and threw the keys across the desk. On checkout, very similar. In restaurant service again very poor,slow and much of the menu not available. Buffet breakfast was plentiful but no cups or cutlery.. Finally, reason I booked this hotel was advertised with a pool, after a six hour drive we were looking forward to, In reality it is a little more than a children's plunge pool.
