This property was central, quiet, clean, tidy and beautifully presented. They had the fire on when we arrived to make us feel welcome and warm. The villa had everything we needed. The local town Creswick had an IGA and bottle shop with other small shops which was very helpful. Ballarat is a short drive away with everything needed with lots of local areas to explore. The Sebel is such a great comfortable resort that has everything you need. We will definitely be back to stay. My children said it was the best place they have ever stayed.

Had a great stay at the property! It was very spacious and accommodated the 6 of us very well. The property was presented extremely well and we definitely made use of the multiple air-cons available, as it was very hot outside during our stay.

The property was ideal for our stay, we had 2 couples and having separate ensuites was great. Only down side was no recycling bin or advice as to what to do with recyclables.

Excellent presentation but poor wifi.
Housekeeping, presentation and cleanliness were excellent and the gas fire was turned on for a warm arrival. Wifi was very poor with only two bars, slow speed and kept dropping out. Had to log in each time with full username and long password so gave up on hopeless wifi. Instant hot water system was unresponsive and had to turn multiple taps on to get hot water to come through.

Property was very clean, the only thing that was disappointing was the mini golf it was not operational and was not mentioned on the site so my kids was looking forward to it. The rest was very good.

The property is always clean and comfortable. Location is perfect as there is a golf course, tennis court and lots of bush walking at your doorstep. It’s easy to drive to local attractions such as Sovereign Hill, Ballarat and Creswick lake. Cons are that the main road can be noisy and the carpet looks stained around the dinning area.

Our week at the townhouse was pleasant, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen was adequate, just a few little things, such as there were sharp knives to use but no chopping board, and I know this is a 1st world problem but the quality of the toilet paper didn't equate with the value of what I was paying per night. But we would come again and can recommend it to others. It was good.

A very clean and nice villa which had all the essentials necessary. The villa was very warm and in a beautiful setting with great walking tracks close by. There isn’t a lot for kids to do, however and shouldn’t be thought of as a hotel but highly recommended as a villa

Great location, check in a bit confusing. A very helpful member of the RACV resort next door sorted it out for us. Was happy to wash and put away dishes but some dishwasher liquid would have helped. Otherwise a happy stay.

The accomodation was very special for our family stay. The gas fire is beautiful adding to the more than adequate heating in all the rooms. We did nit utilise the amazing baths in each bedroom but particularly liked the kitchen and bathroom facilities. A wonderful stay.

Beautiful accommodation. Has everything you would need in a holiday apartment. Clean and nicely furnished. Baths in bedrooms were great! Fire place was lovely. We had dinner in the bar at the RACV resort one night and meals were great (including the kids meals). This would have been the perfect stay if not for 2 things. Firstly, were were in the end apartment which is really close to the highway. We were woken by trucks both nights. From about 4.30am it was really noisy. Not what we wanted for a relaxing getaway in a bush setting. Secondly, the advertised free WiFi was so weak in our apartment we couldn’t connect to anything. We had taken laptops as we needed to do some work, kids had iPads and we also had planned to connect the tv to laptop at night to watch Netflix and enjoys some movies in front of the fire but the signal was so weak nothing would stay connected. Only had WiFi when at dinner in the Resort. I’d recommend taking DVDs. Shame there is no pool and Sebel guests can’t use the RACV one otherwise we would book again to go in the summer- as long as we weren’t in the end apartment. The end apartments should be a reduced rate and advertised as noisy and without WiFi.
